Module 1: Balancing Your Energies for Health & Joy

Energy Medicine focuses on the energy fields and pathways that organize and support the body’s growth and repair of cells, tissue, and organs. Enabling the full and balanced flow of energy through these fields and pathways can unleash physical vitality, mental clarity, emotional balance, and spiritual growth.
Donna and David will describe the roots of their work, the scope of the program, and the benefits of applying Energy Medicine in your life.

Module 3: Supporting Meridian Flow & Balance

The meridian system was mapped by Chinese healers over 5,000 years ago. Today this system of 14 energy pathways is a cornerstone of Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture, and Energy Medicine.
In this session, Donna and David will explain how meridians work, how they relate to each other, how they fuel all of your energetic and physical systems, and how they influence your health, thoughts, and moods.
In this session, you’ll discover:
- How meridians naturally recharge throughout the day, and how they can lose energy
- A method for testing a meridian to determine its strength, and how to trace meridians to renew their flow
- Two very important meridians, Spleen and Triple Warmer, and how they affect each other and influence how we respond to and recover from stress
- Quick exercises to relax and calm Triple Warmer, to strengthen Spleen, and to help the two work better together
Module 4: Energy Medicine Tools for Stress Relief

Due to ancient energetic patterns hardwired within us, we are prone to overreact to daily stressors as though we were confronting life-or-death challenges from ages past. Chronic stress has been called the #1 health challenge of our time, and is cited as a key factor in a host of degenerative and life-threatening diseases.
Energy Medicine offers a range of highly effective ways to prevent, moderate, or recover from an overactive stress response.
In this session, you’ll discover:
- How Triple Warmer triggers your body’s fight, flight, or freeze response and how this response can seriously compromise your health
- Neurovascular Reflex points that instantly interrupt the fight-or-flight response, soothe Triple Warmer, coax blood and energy flow to return to the forebrain, and enable you to think more clearly

Module 5: Clearing Chakras

Seven major chakras lie along the central axis of the body from the top of the head to the base of the spine. The chakras feed and communicate with the meridians, aura, and surrounding energy systems. The chakras also supply energy to the body’s organs, muscles, and tissues, and play a major role in the functioning of the endocrine system and in emotional, psychological, and spiritual balance.
In this session, you’ll discover:
- How chakras work at the physical, psychological, spiritual, chemical, and energetic levels
- The dominant themes of each chakra, and how they help you digest experience, store memories, and evolve
- Methods for testing chakras for strength or blocks
- A technique for clearing and balancing chakras so that they can assist further growth and development
Module 6: Understanding Your Sensory Type & Stress Response Growing Great Relationships

Close relationships can bring out your best and support both your personal growth and your contributions to life. Close relationships can also challenge you and trigger a stress response.
In this module, you’ll examine the energetic traits of four Sensory Types (Visual, Tonal, Kinesthetic, and Digital).
As you discover your own type and learn to detect and understand the traits of people who are different from you, you’ll be better able to make the most of your interactions and close relationships.
In this session, you’ll discover:
- The energetic style, strengths, and vulnerabilities of the Visual, Tonal, Digital, and Kinesthetic Sensory Types
- Energy tests to identify each type (and to detect your own primary type)
- Potential challenges and productive approaches to communicating with your partner and relating with each of the different Sensory Types
- Energy exercises to stop an argument, re-center yourself, shift energies and perspective, realign with your partner, and communicate for deeper understanding
Module 7: Testing Energies for Flow, Blocks & Healthy Choices

Meridian energy tests enable you to determine where energy is flowing in a healthy way through your body, and where it might be congested or blocked. Whether you can see energy or not, energy tests reveal energetic patterns that underlie and affect an individual’s physical health and emotional balance. You can also use testing to assess which foods, vitamins — and even shoes! — are healthy choices for you and others.
In this session, you’ll discover:
- How to prepare for and conduct energy tests to assess another person’s energetic response to various conditions
- Why and how to use Spleen Meridian as you test what foods or supplements are healthy choices for an individual
- Self-testing methods that you can use to detect your own energetic response to food, vitamins, or clothing
- The pros and cons of using magnets to test or influence energies for healing
Module 8: Relieving Pain With Energy Medicine

Pain can be the body’s way of forcing you to stop what you’re doing and pay attention. When you respect its message and rebalance your energies at their roots, pain can become an active ally in healing.
Energy Medicine tools for relieving pain are noninvasive, and can complement or reduce the need for medical care. These tools, which rely on the body’s own deep healing wisdom, influence energy systems to support the natural healing process.
In this session, you’ll discover:
- How energy blocks or congestion can cause pain and how releasing excess energy can decrease it
- Energy Medicine “First Aid” methods to reduce pain and clear away any energy vortexes that have formed over painful areas
- When and how to stretch, pinch, or tap painful muscles to release constriction and ease pain

Your Energetic Spacesuit

Your aura is an amazing energy system that both shields you and helps you communicate with the broader energies that surround you. Some sensitive people can see or feel the aura and recognize energetic imbalances before they can manifest physically as disease.
Now that science is also able to detect the aura, studies of what is often called “the biofield” are validating energy’s critical role in health and communication. This session will focus on the structure and function of the aura and give you techniques to strengthen and expand it.
