The “Elastic Steel – Kicking Mastery System (Levels 1, 2 & 3)” is a comprehensive training program designed to enhance kicking techniques and leg strength for martial artists and athletes. It includes three progressive levels: Level 1 focuses on building a solid foundation with essential kicking techniques, improving flexibility, and developing basic strength.
