The core of You Are a Badass 8 Weeks to Awesomeness DIY Course is the work that we do to identify your old stories and beliefs, and give them the strength they need.-ho so you can create new ones that are in alignment with who you truly are and what you truly want (and that will help you gain clarity if you’re a A little fuzzy about who and what you really want.
We help you raise your vibration, shift your consciousness, and get you in the flow so that your new stories can transcend just. “yes please, these new stories sound totally neato” These truths can be believed and embodied by you.
We also anchor them in by immediately applying them to one greatly desired and super specific goal, chosen by you, that you’ll achieve by the end of this program.
How To Program Works
Because this is. a DIY course you can obviously go at whatever pace you’d like, but I recommend using the same 8 week time frame the live course uses. Basically, you will choose one SPECIFIC objective to focus on by the end the 8 weeks (or however much time you choose). Your goal could be anything, from losing 20 pounds to earning $10K extra in business to becoming a better person. a You can add thousands of people to your email list to organize your trip through India, quit your job and find one doing X, or write the first draft to your book. a Habit of meditation every day for twenty minutes. This is to set up an online profile, find someone to date, and figure out your goals.
1x Weekly Videos Coaching
Each week I send you one or more videos that will walk you through each step. a There are a variety of different processes that you can use to help you achieve your goals, improve your time management skills, increase your confidence, shift your perception, overcome your fears, and so on.-Do not make excuses. Instead, be accountable, keep your vibration high and your belief system strong. You will never stop moving towards your goal.
1x Weekly Goal Sheets
Each week you’ll reinforce the lessons in the videos and laser in on how they apply to your personal process by writing your observations down. (Fear not, I kept my written work concise, to-the-point, and to the point.
2x Monthly Recorded Q&A Calls With Jen
Every two weeks for the duration of the program, you’ll get to listen in on recordings of coaching sessions from past live groups. These recordings are very useful resources as the people listening are going through the exact same process as you and many of their questions are similar to yours. You might be able to solve a problem that would take weeks on your own with these recordings.
2x Monthly Meditation/Motivational MP3s
Because it’s of utmost importance that you keep your expansive mindset strong and refrain from sinking back into old, limiting beliefs, every two weeks you’ll receive mp3s that you can listen to at your convenience as many times as you’d like. They will be filled of love, light and inspiration.-kickery.
