Our Stories, Our Lives – Module One: PCI | Transformational Storytelling 2012 will focus on the relationship between stories, action and outcomes. Over these two days our focus will be on the structure of our individual stories. We’ll examine the neurological structure of how stories are experienced, interpreted, incorporated and become part of our basic patterns of response. Then we will practice uncovering the patterns contained in our stories, looking at how these limit and empower us. We will conclude the two-days of Part One spending time re-patterning how are stories are held by us to create powerful platforms for exquisite performance. This series will explore how to facilitate transformation leading to extraordinary performance with individuals and in organizations using the tools of storytelling, metaphor, NLP, hypnotic communication protocols and the proprietary technology of Soma-Semantics. We will focus on the use of metaphor and how the stories we tell organize our expectations, the action we take (and the action we don’t take) as well as the outcomes we produce on our own and collectively
