LOB Lightness of Being Series – LB-LOB-EV
Unveil the Essence of Your Being
For the very first time, the Ridhwan School is delving into the profound teachings of the Diamond Approach in an online format. “Lightness of Being” is a unique six-part series scheduled over six weekends from February to August 2021. It promises to illuminate the lataif (the plural of latifa), those subtle dimensions of our existence that beckon us to embrace the pure, unwavering truth of our essence, dispelling the illusion of separation from our spirit.
Each latifa transcends our conventional cognitive understanding, inviting us into the realm of lived experience where we can encounter subtler qualities such as inner sight, inner hearing, and even inner tasting. Through this exploration, our experiences become more vibrant and profound, nurturing the flourishing of the human spirit.
An Introduction for New Explorers
While the lataif may seem exquisitely subtle, they are surprisingly accessible and can be experienced in both dual and non-dual states of consciousness. Hence, “Lightness of Being” serves as an excellent initiation into the Diamond Approach for newcomers, while offering seasoned spiritual seekers a deeper immersion into each quality, unveiling the richness of this spiritual path.
Furthermore, this series is mandatory for all participants planning to join our inaugural Diamond Approach Online group, slated to commence in Fall 2021. With the ongoing global pandemic, we transitioned all our in-person gatherings to virtual platforms for safety reasons. The profound experiences that emerged from this transition have inspired us to consider offering an ongoing group in this format.
At the core of our endeavor lies the aspiration to cultivate an international community of dedicated students from diverse cultural backgrounds, fostering a sustained engagement with the Diamond Approach. This presents a novel opportunity for those seeking ongoing spiritual exploration but unable to attend our traditional in-person gatherings. Please note that this group is exclusively for new students.

What most of us think of as our free will is actually a way of controlling—or trying to control—what is going to happen. The way the Diamond Approach sees will is very different: as something that is aligned with the harmonious unfoldment of reality.
