What You’ll Discover in These 7 Modules
In this 7-part transformational intensive, Tirzah will guide you through the fundamental skills and wisdom you’ll need to repair the intergenerational wounds of your lineage so you’re free to do the sacred work you’re meant to accomplish in this life.
This course will feature teachings, training sessions, and experiential practices with Tirzah. Each session will build harmoniously upon the previous ones, so you’ll develop a complete holistic understanding of the practices, tools, and principles you’ll need to heal the ancestral wounds of your bloodline through the rich lens of Kabbalistic wisdom and its profound and holy practices.
Module 1: The Kabbalistic Journey of the Soul — What Is Your Life’s Riddle?

What is Kabbalah?
Kabbalah teaches about the origin of your soul, and the five levels of the soul.
In this opening session, you’ll discover the fundamental tenets of this ancient wisdom tradition… which has been transmitted for centuries.
Tirzah will share about how your spirit took embodied form in this world to awaken, heal, and become a translucent channel for divine wisdom. You’ll hear mystical stories that will help you understand the utter uniqueness of your soul — distinct from any other.
Tirzah will invite you to bring a lifetime “riddle” into your consciousness, and to see how it fits within an intergenerational context.
In this first module, you’ll:
- Learn about the ancient history of Kabbalah and the mysterious breakthrough in our era that made its secret teachings available for the first time to all truth seekers
- Gain an understanding of your soul’s origin, and how your prenatal immersion in divine (cosmic) consciousness can help you discern true wisdom and love today
- Explore the 5 levels of soul and begin an assessment of your own soul’s inherent strengths and weaknesses
- Understand how your patterns and weaknesses are connected to those of your bloodline
- Participate in a guided visualization to meet the elder souls of your lineage and receive their blessing to focus on a lifetime riddle that your soul is ready to engage and heal
Module 2: Healing Your Personal & Ancestral Wounds to Liberate Your Soul’s Radiance

In this module, Tirzah will share the ancient creation myth of Isaac Luria, The Shattering of Vessels, which is the origin of the term Tikkun Olam (repair of the world).
You’ll understand its meaning through the lens of depth psychology… that each of us comes into this world with specific tasks — sacred repair work that’s deeply connected to the wounds and challenges specific to you and your bloodline.
Tirzah will guide you through a visualization to help you identify the broken shards in your familial line. Understanding how they’re obscuring your soul’s radiance can help you surmount the obstacles embedded in your lineage.
And, building on Module 1, you’ll discover which level of your soul requires attention and healing.
This module will close with an extra 30-minute Ritual Lab, in which Tirzah will guide you to work with your Maggid as a Kaballistic tool that’s similar to Jung’s Active Imagination.
In this session, you’ll:
- Learn how to interpret the Kabbalistic myth of The Shattered Vessels psychologically, so it can shed light on your own life journey
- Experience a guided meditation to receive wisdom from the elder souls of your lineage
- Understand the terms Tikkun Halev (repair of the heart) and Tikkun Olam (repair of the world), and discover how the challenging collective issues in today’s world are integrally connected to your own personal healing
- Engage in the Maggid Practice — an esoteric process used by the ancient great Kabbalists to access and channel divine wisdom
Module 3: Three Mother Letters — The World’s Elemental Healing Powers

You’ll be introduced to the three Mother Letters from the most ancient Kabbalistic manuscript (called the Sefer Yetzirah, the Book of Formation). These three letters are the elemental powers… used in the formation of the world and as instruments of healing.
You’ll work with the first letter — Shin — the element of fire. Shin has roots in the earth and points you to the Nephesh soul… which relates to your embodiment, your appetite for life, and your pleasure and pain bodies. This is where addictions and physical attachments live.
You’ll also discover where the fire of your passion resides (or has burned out) in you and your ancestral legacy.
During this class, you’ll:
- Learn how the 3 Mother Letters, the elemental powers, are alive in your body and can empower you, uplift you, and help you heal
- Experience a guided meditation to meet Shin to gain information about the state of your physical health, passions, and appetite for life
- Understand what the “pain body” is, how we accrue it in our lifetimes, and how awareness and self-compassion can diminish and heal it
- Engage your Maggid in a practice called Aish Kodesh (Sacred Fire) and receive an empowerment (a chazakah) that enlivens your connection to your soul’s deepest passions, yearnings, and health
Module 4: Resolving the Deferred Grief & Trauma in Your Bloodline

What is a good death?
In this middle module, Tirzah will introduce the second Mother Letter, Mem, the element of water — where your tears of joy and grief, as well as your music, poetry, and the currents of your heart are sourced.
You’ll explore where the deferred historical grief and trauma of your family lineage may be frozen within you.
As you begin to study the Kabbalistic death practices, and the importance of a good death, Tirzah will show you how your ancestors and their wisdom can help you build a “ship of death”… so that when you pass from this world, you’ll have a conscious, peaceful, and wise death.
In this session, Tirzah will:
- Guide you in a meditation to meet Mem which reveals your soul’s deepest feelings of love, grief, and heartache
- Explain the effects of deferred grief and unmetabolized trauma in your bloodline
- Bring you into the presence of your Maggid and elders, to help you understand how your emotional pain and baggage did not begin with you
- Teach you letting-go practices
- Lead you into the study of Kabbalistic death practices… and the importance of a good death
Module 5: Unleashing Your Birthright of Light, Spirit & Connection to the Infinite

Tirzah will begin this class by introducing you to the third letter, Aleph, the element of air, or prana. You’ll learn about your birthright of light, spirit, and connection to the infinite… the limitless light Kabbalists call the Ein Sof — the dimension of sheer light.
You’ll discover how ancestral wisdom and ancestral trauma and fear patterns are passed down to us, and shape our approach to death.
And, you’ll explore the vital importance of community, humour, and love — which can assist you in alleviating fear… AND help you turn into light and become a translucent channel.
In this module, Tirzah will:
- Guide you in a meditation to meet Aleph which opens you to your soul’s birthright of light and irrevocable connection to the infinite
- Lead you in a meditation to awaken you to the concept of Ein Sof, limitless space, and Ein Sof Ohr, limitless light.
- Show you how community, humour, and love, as your allies, can assist you in life’s transitions, including death
- Offer you an approach to death that’s understood as the soul’s graduation
Module 6: Training to Become a Wise & Well Ancestor

In this session, you’ll approach the work of being an “ancestor in training” (a term coined by Malidoma Somé), and learn what it means to become a wise ancestor.
You’ll explore how to prepare for the next dimension, where you’ll be of service to your living relatives and the earth plane.
You’ll study sacred Kabbalistic teachings about death and the afterlife… and understand what happens, according to Kabbalah, when you consciously prepare for death…
… as well as what happens when a soul is unable to detach at death from its physical or emotional cravings, or when grief and trauma have been deferred.
This module will close with a Ritual Lab, in which Tirzah will take you through a guided visualization — a Journey of Crossing Over — to envision and lay the foundation for a good death…. one that’s both peaceful and sacred.
You’ll discover:
- The concept of disembodied entities… and why they attach to us
- What it means to become a wise and well ancestor
- Why the world pulls us toward addiction, war, and other violence, and how to approach these “hungry ghosts” (a phrase coined by Gabor Maté)
Module 7: Receiving Lifelong Tools for the Road Ahead

In this closing module, you’ll revisit the dimensions of soul and your life riddle — in light of what you received from your Maggid and death practice.
Tirzah will provide you with tools to help incorporate all the teachings of this course into lifelong practices. You’ll learn a powerful mantra of the Divine Names… to open the portal of each level of soul for further purification and healing.
Finally, you’ll engage in a practice that enlists your Maggid and ancestors to accelerate your journey of healing.
You’ll walk away from this session with:
- A sacred Hebrew mantra containing divine formulas that open and tune the 5 levels of soul to their highest frequency
- A broader context to understand your life riddle
- Cautionary advice and loving appreciations from your Maggid and elder souls… to help you on the path ahead
- A bundle of tools and practices to help you stay sharp and maintain your equilibrium in a tumultuous world — as you continue growing into your own eldership
