Shaun T’s “Transform 20,” developed in collaboration with Beachbody, is a high-intensity workout program that spans 6 weeks, with each workout lasting just 20 minutes. The program is designed to burn fat, build muscle, and improve cardiovascular fitness through a series of fast-paced, challenging routines. It emphasizes the use of a step platform to increase intensity and engage the entire body. “Transform 20” is aimed at helping participants achieve transformative results in a short amount of time while staying motivated with Shaun T’s dynamic coaching style.

For the first time, Beachbody and Shaun T have created a step program that’s nothing like old-school step aerobics. It is less dance-intensive and more functional. You will shape your glutes and abs, define your upper body and lose fat.
