This course consists of eight 2-hour weekly online classes that began on January 31st, 2021. The classes guide students to discover movement sourced from the inner flow of bodymind. The classes have a strong emphasis on hands-on learning, meditation, and practical knowledge. Recordings of past classes are available for students joining late.
